Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) care in Mesa, Arizona. This position involves assessing, planning, and providing high-quality direct patient care to critically ill patients in a specialized hospital environment. Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice, or a temporary/interim RN license or compact RN licensure for the state. BLS certification is required. Experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months as a Registered Nurse in the ICU or related specialty.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing is preferred. Professional certification related to critical care is also preferred.
• Additional Information: Position involves direct patient care in a high-acuity ICU environment, using specialized nursing knowledge and skills. The RN will be responsible for comprehensive assessment, planning, and execution of care plans, including communication with multidisciplinary teams and documentation. The role may include mentorship and participation in quality improvement activities according to organizational standards.
