Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Medical Surgical (Med Surg) on a night shift schedule at a healthcare organization. The position involves providing direct patient care in a Medical Surgical floor setting, adhering to clinical protocols and ensuring optimal patient outcomes. The role is based in Arlington, Texas, and requires a compassionate and detail-oriented nursing professional.

Job Details

Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), at least 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical (MS) environment, located in the state of Texas, and the ability to work night shifts
Preferred Qualifications: Experience working in a fast-paced hospital setting, strong communication skills, and familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Float: Float rotation may be required
Additional Information: The position involves bedside nursing care, medication administration, patient assessments, and collaboration with the healthcare team to deliver high-quality medical surgical services.
