Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Nurse specializing in Orthopedic care is needed in York, Maine. This night shift role involves providing high-quality patient care in a fast-paced medical surgical environment, primarily focusing on orthopedic patients. The position offers an opportunity to join a dedicated team and contribute to patient recovery and well-being.
Job Details:
- Location: York, Maine
- Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, 36 hours per week, starting 07/20/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, ACLS certification, BLS/BCLS certification, experience in medical-surgical nursing with orthopedic specialization, no minimum years of experience required
- Preferred Qualifications: Telemetry experience is preferred
- Additional Information: Must have previous medical-surgical experience only. Proper completion of timecards is essential as improperly filled timecards will be rejected and not processed. No call, no block scheduling, and every other weekend attendance is required. The flu vaccine mandate is in effect in accordance with state regulations.
