Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for a float pool position in Vermont. This role involves providing patient care in various units including Medical, Oncology, Surgical, Progressive Care, and Emergency Department holds. The RN will maintain flexibility to float across departments, adhering to hospital protocols and safety standards. The position offers a rotating schedule of 12-hour day and night shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week.

- Schedule: 12-hour shifts, rotating days and nights, minimum 36 hours per week
- Start Date: 07/27/2026
- Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), and Dysrhythmia testing certification required. Prior Cerner electronic medical records (EMR) experience preferred. Vermont license application must be submitted upon acceptance.
- Additional Information: This is a true float position requiring comfort with Post Anesthesia Care Unit (PCU), Medical-Surgical (MS), and Emergency Department (ED) holds. Orientation is scheduled on a biweekly basis. Candidates are encouraged to have reliable private transportation as public transit is not accessible. All employment gaps over 30 days should be explained or documented. This role does not accept local candidates. Profile packets with errors or incomplete information will be returned for corrections.
