Description

Job Summary:
The healthcare provider is seeking a Medical Surgical Floor Registered Nurse (RN) in Washington, District of Columbia. This role involves managing patient care within a fast-paced clinical environment, ensuring high-quality services and adherence to safety standards. The RN will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to deliver comprehensive care and support patient recovery.

Job Details:

Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications: Valid DC Registered Nurse (RN) license; Bachelors degree in Nursing or related field; 0 years of experience required.
Specialty: Medical Surgical Floor (MS).
Additional Information: Must reside within 50 miles of the facility location, with the ability to develop, manage, and lead system-wide operations for the Medical Surgical service line. Candidates should possess strong clinical knowledge, leadership skills, experience in healthcare operations, and proficiency in data analysis and quality improvement methods. Familiarity with licensure regulations, accreditation standards, and performance improvement is essential.
