Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Hospice care in Rockport, Maine. This position involves providing compassionate end-of-life care and collaborating with an inpatient hospice team to ensure patient comfort and support. The role requires after-hours triage and visits, along with routine patient check-ins.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 7 days on; 7 days off, with shift hours from 5:00 PM to 8:00 AM, including after-hours triage and collaboration with the inpatient hospice team.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, degree in nursing or related field, Maine state licensure, and at least 1 year of clinical experience in hospice care or relevant specialty.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in hospice or palliative care settings.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: The role involves completing after-hours admissions and visits, managing patient check-ins for admissions between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, and collaborating with the inpatient team to deliver exceptional hospice care.
