Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Wytheville, Virginia. This position involves providing compassionate and efficient care for a diverse patient population across all ages. The role requires delivering high-quality emergency care in a fast-paced environment, adhering to hospital protocols and clinical best practices.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Evenings; 12-hour shifts; minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; licensure as an RN; flexible personality; experience in emergency room settings; 0 years of minimum experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Trauma experience and MEDHOST Electronic Health Record (EHR) system familiarity.
• Additional Information: Unit features 14 beds with patient ratios of 1:4-5; utilizes Baxter pumps and Spacelabs cardiac monitors. Candidate must be adaptable to all patient populations including geriatric, adult, and pediatric. Scrubs should be solid in color; any color is acceptable.
