Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Registered Nurse position in ROCK HILL, South Carolina. This role involves providing direct clinical care to patients within a 36-hour weekly schedule, primarily during daytime shifts. The nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, and implementing patient care on a per-shift basis, supervising staff delegation, and supporting the facility's clinical leadership to ensure high-quality, safe nursing practice.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a progressive care or similar setting, located in South Carolina or eligible for licensure, and experience working with adult patient populations
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Cerner charting system, ICU or stepdown unit experience, BLS (Basic Life Support), and AHA (American Heart Association) certifications
• Additional Information: The role involves assessing and caring for patients on the Progresssive Care Unit, supervising staff, and ensuring compliance with clinical standards. The nurse will work within a team to provide high-quality patient care, support unit operations, and adhere to facility policies.
