Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nursing position in West Bloomfield Township, Michigan. This role involves providing leadership and delivering compassionate patient care within an emergency department setting. The ER nurse utilizes the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation to deliver, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education for patients and their families. Effective communication of pertinent patient information to the healthcare team is essential.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts, including night shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The position has a rotating schedule, including evening and night shifts (2 p.m. 2 a.m., 7 p.m. 7 a.m.).
• Required Qualifications: - Graduation from an accredited school of nursing. - Current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing. - BLS (Basic Life Support) certification. - Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience.

• Additional Information: The assignment is for a 13-week duration with the possibility of extension. The interview will be conducted via phone, and the hiring manager will call directly. The candidate must have a BSN degree, and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification is required. This position does not require on-call duties or a block schedule.
