Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit nursing position available in CLOVIS, New Mexico. This role involves utilizing the nursing process to deliver direct patient care to a designated group of patients during scheduled daytime shifts. The position focuses on ensuring safe, effective, patient-centered, timely, and efficient care while complying with clinical standards and protocols.
Job Details
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per day, minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Associate of Science in Nursing (ASN); State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License; BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications; at least one previous 13-week travel assignment in an ICU setting; two years current experience in ICU.
- Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
- Additional Information: Selected candidates must successfully pass a Basic Cardiac Arrhythmia (BCA) test administered onsite. Candidates will not be able to start the assignment until passing this test. If candidates fail, they will have one opportunity to retake; a second failure results in contract cancellation and applicable fees. Floating between departments or local locations within 20 miles is required.
