Job Summary:
Labor and Delivery Registered Nurse position available in Worland, Wyoming. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting maternity and newborn care in accordance with organizational policies and professional nursing standards. The RN will provide holistic patient care, collaborate with the healthcare team, and support patient education to ensure safe and effective labor and delivery services.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a valid RN license in the state of Wyoming. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required. Experience in labor and delivery or related maternity care is preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Nursing is preferred. Professional certification in obstetric or neonatal nursing is advantageous.
• Additional Information: The RN will be responsible for assessing maternal and neonatal health, creating care plans, providing direct patient care during labor and delivery, and ensuring documentation compliance. The role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and participating in patient education and support efforts. The position requires adaptability to hospital protocols and commitment to quality patient outcomes.
