Job Summary
Intensive Care Unit Cardiovascular (ICU OH) registered nurses are needed at a short term acute care facility located in Spokane, Washington. The role involves providing specialized care to adult and geriatric patients requiring complex cardiovascular monitoring and post-surgical management. The facility operates as a Level II Trauma Center and offers a dynamic environment for experienced Critical Care Nurses.

- Shift Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid Washington or Compact Registered Nurse license, ACLS, BLS certifications, 2 years of ICU experience, ICU Cardiovascular experience, and familiarity with Epic charting system
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with post open heart surgeries, vascular surgeries, patients requiring therapeutic hypothermia, and advanced cardiovascular devices such as IABP, Impella, and VADs.
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours, minimum of 36 hours weekly.
- Float: Float rotation may be required between units.
- Additional Information: The successful candidate will provide care for post-surgical cardiac patients, cardiogenic shock patients, and patients with multisystem organ failure, including those on ECLS support. The patient census averages 22 per day, with 28 beds available, and interdisciplinary support includes respiratory services, physical therapy, and rapid response teams. Candidates are expected to adhere to facility protocols, including the use of appropriate PPE, and complete required modules prior to start.
