Job Summary:
Nurse Manager Labor & Delivery located in Oxnard, California. Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, minimum of 40 hours per week, starting on 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing, California RN license, BLS certification, a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, prior travel contracting experience preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Leadership experience in Labor & Delivery, BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications, experience managing high-risk obstetric patients, bilingual skills (Spanish speaking) preferred
• Additional Information: Candidates must have 2-3 years of experience. The facility operates a Level care setting with a focus on high risk deliveries, substance abuse cases, and patients with no prenatal care. The role includes responsibilities such as managing staff, overseeing clinical protocols, and ensuring compliance with safety standards. This position may require floating within units and participating in clinical/operational duties in a dynamic and diverse environment.
