Job Summary:
This ICU (Intensive Care Unit) nursing opportunity is located in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The position involves working night shifts and requires providing specialized critical care while maintaining flexibility to float within related units based on clinical needs. The role is ideal for healthcare professionals seeking diverse ICU experience in a dynamic environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN) or equivalent, a nursing degree from an accredited program, current licensure in the state of Wisconsin, and a minimum of 1 year of ICU experience. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) and Neurological ICU (Neuro ICU) is preferred but not mandatory. Experience with travel nursing, Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems such as EPIC, and comfort floating to different units such as Neuro ICU, Burn ICU, Med/Surg, or Intermediate Care (IMC) within a 40-mile radius.
• Additional Information: The nurse will follow facility-specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and must be adaptable to floating onsite within their skill set or to nearby sites as needed. The role requires providing patient care across various intensive care settings, with patient assignments tailored to skill level.
