Job Summary:
Telemetry Nurse in St. Louis, MO, at a reputable healthcare organization. This role involves providing specialized patient care for post-cardiac procedure patients on an 8-bed unit. The Telemetry Nurse will utilize the nursing process to ensure high-quality care and patient safety during day shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting on 08/03/2026
• Required Qualifications: Current RN License (Meets the criteria to be eligible for licensure in state of Missouri or currently licensed in the state of Missouri), BLS and ACLS certifications from AHA, 2 years of Stepdown/ICU cardiac experience, cardiac rhythm proficiency, identification of cardiac emergencies, working knowledge of general monitoring and EKG equipment
• Preferred Qualifications: Additional years of cardiac stepdown or ICU experience; experience with TR bands and pulling sheaths is preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required to a similar or lower acuity unit
• Additional Information: The Telemetry Nurse will care for post-procedural cardiac patients, including pre and post-cardiac cath lab, electrophysiology, and vascular patients. Responsibilities include patient assessment, monitoring, coordination with ancillary departments, and maintaining confidentiality. The role requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and compassion. Physical demands include standing, walking, bending, stooping, lifting, and turning patients, with exposure to blood and body fluids.
