Operating Room Nurse or Circulating Nurse position available in a healthcare facility located in Cape Girardeau, Missouri. The role involves providing perioperative patient care in a busy surgical department, supporting both general and neuro surgical procedures. The position offers a consistent day shift schedule with 10-hour shifts and a minimum of 40 hours per week to ensure optimal patient care.

Job Details

• Location: 1701 Lacey Street, Cape Girardeau, MO 63701
• Schedule: Day shifts, 4x10 hour shifts with a limit of 3 Fridays or Mondays off in a 6-week schedule, minimum hours per week: 40.0
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (American Heart Association) certification, 1+ years of clinical experience, experience with Neuro surgery, and proficiency with DaVinci Xi surgical robot. Candidates should have experience in general, urology, gynecology, and orthopedics surgeries, including use of Hana Table, Arthrex tower, and Beach Chair positioning.
• Additional Information: Flu vaccination is required for all travelers from November 1 to April 1, with exemptions subject to client approval. Candidates must be flexible with case types, diligent, and team-oriented. The role involves call responsibilities approximately every 6-7 days, with scheduled late shifts as needed.
