Job Summary:
House Supervisor Level 1 position is located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. The role involves overseeing nursing operations, ensuring patient safety, and supervising staff during night shifts. Job Details:

• Position: House Supervisor Level 1
• Location: Tulsa, Oklahoma
• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Start Date: 07/20/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to first shift; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required prior to first shift (CIRH only); at least two (2) years of bedside clinical experience preferred; applicable certifications, educational background, and experience meet the requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior supervisory experience, strong leadership skills, effective communication abilities.
• Additional Information: The House Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing clinical operations during the night shift, providing leadership to nursing staff, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards, and supporting patient care initiatives. The role requires proactive problem-solving, effective delegation, and maintaining a safe environment for patients and staff. The Supervisor will participate in team building and ensure communication across departments to promote a positive work environment.
