Job Summary:
Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) Specialist in Des Moines, Iowa. This role involves providing advanced cardiac catheterization procedures across multiple campuses, with a focus on structural heart and electrophysiology (EP) experience. The candidate will work a day shift, supporting a dynamic and fast-paced cardiovascular program within the organization.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 10 hours per day, minimum 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: 24 months of current Cardiac Catheterization Laboratory (CCL) experience, Iowa licensed or multistate licensed registered nurse, evidenced active AHA or ARC ACLS and BLS certifications, ability to document professional references within 24 months, and valid driver's license.
• Preferred Qualifications: Structural heart experience, electrophysiology (EP) experience, travel experience, scrubbing experience, circulating monitoring experience, precepting capabilities as needed.
• Additional Information: Candidates must be willing to float across all campuses within the Des Moines area to similar units. Orientation sessions are scheduled for 07/27/2026, 08/03/2026, 08/10/2026, and 08/17/2026. The position requires working 1-2 of the upcoming summer holidays unless the unit is closed. The role involves on-call duties with a schedule of one night per week and every third weekend from 7:30 PM Friday to 7:00 AM Monday. Call back multipliers apply, and occasional case assignments on weekends.
