Job Summary:
A Sterile Processing Technician position is available in Detroit, Michigan. This role involves providing sterile products and instruments to all members of the healthcare team. The technician will be responsible for reading temperature gauges, writing reports, performing arithmetic functions, and ensuring timely preparation of sterile supplies in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Day shift, 8 hours per day, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent education is required, along with completion of an appropriate aide training program, a central technician program, or a minimum of 6 months' previous experience in central supply. NICHSPDP certification is required.
• Preferred Qualifications: None specified.
• Additional Information: Candidate must have at least 5 years of experience, be punctual, and available to work weekend shifts. The first day will be a day shift to obtain badge and access. The manager will contact selected candidates for a phone interview.
