Job Summary:
Intensive Care Unit (ICU) Registered Nurse (RN) position in Durham, North Carolina. This role involves providing comprehensive patient care in a specialized ICU setting, supervising nursing staff, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure quality outcomes and patient safety. The position emphasizes adherence to safety protocols and promotes a patient-centered approach.
Job Details:
- Shift Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification prior to first shift; ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification prior to first shift (CIRH only); minimum of two years bedside clinical experience.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, supervision of ancillary staff, and ensuring safety protocols are followed at all times. The RN is expected to contribute to a positive team environment, manage priorities effectively, and seek ongoing professional development.
