Description
Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Tucson, Arizona. This position involves assessing, planning, and delivering direct clinical care to designated patients on night shifts. The nurse will also supervise staff, support quality and safety initiatives, and ensure high standards of nursing care within the unit.
Job Details:
- Location: Tucson, AZ
- Schedule: Night shifts, 12 hours shift time, minimum of 36 hours per week
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license; experience in intensive care or critical care nursing; education pertinent to RN licensure; ability to work nights; at least 1 year of clinical experience in ICU or relevant setting.
- Preferred Qualifications: Certification in critical care (e.g., CCRN); additional specialized training such as TNCC or ENPC.
- Additional Information: The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patients, implementing care plans, supervising clinical staff, and supporting the facilitys goal of providing safe, high-quality nursing care. The role requires adherence to hospital policies, safety standards, and clinical protocols.
