Job Summary:
Long Term Care Registered Nurse (RN) in Appleton, Wisconsin. This position involves working primarily in a skilled nursing facility with a focus on long-term care and rehabilitation services. The role requires flexibility in shift scheduling and the ability to safely care for residents in accordance with established clinical policies and procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 8-hour shifts during the day and evening hours; shift times are primarily in the evening with flexibility required.
• Required Qualifications: Wisconsin RN license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, a minimum of 2+ years of experience as a Registered Nurse in long-term care, assisted living, or rehabilitation, and completion of at least one prior contract. Education requirements include an Associate Degree or Certificate.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience with Electronic Patient Information Charting (EPIC) system.
• Shift Notes: 8-hour Day/PM shifts (mostly PM) flexibility required; any missed shift must be made up within two weeks of absence.
• Holidays & Weekend Rotation: Every other weekend; holiday work as needed.
• Float Requirements: Float within facility as skillset permits, covering all ThedaCare facilities within a 60-mile radius.
• Interviews: Conducted Monday through Friday via MSP interview process.
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours.
• Additional Information: Position involves working in LTC, assisted living, and rehab environments with a patient ratio of 1:10 in rehab and 1:24 in LTC/assisted living (with CNA assistance of 1:10 ratio). The role requires scrubs in black and involves a 13-week contract length, with the possibility of extension.
