Description

Job Summary:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LTC) Specialty in Wisconsin. This position is based at a nursing facility recognized for excellence in long-term care. Responsibilities include providing compassionate nursing care in a skilled nursing and assisted living setting, with a focus on patient comfort and safety. The role involves working primarily evening shifts with flexibility to accommodate the facilitys needs.

Job Details:

Schedule: 8-hour shifts, primarily in the evening (PM), with flexibility required.
Required Qualifications: WI Registered Nurse (RN) license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience, at least 1 completed contract preferred, charting experience with EPIC preferred, and recent work in long-term care or assisted living environments.
Preferred Qualifications: Additional experience in rehabilitation or skilled nursing facilities.
Responsibilities: Provide nursing care following facility protocols, support patient needs in long-term and assisted living settings, and collaborate with healthcare team members.
Schedule Details: Orientation includes 8 hours of unpaid GSA hours, guaranteed set hours per week excluding holidays when the unit may be closed.
Holiday Rotation: As needed.
Interview Days: Monday through Friday, with interviews conducted via MSP.
Additional Information: The role includes working in various facility units within a 60-mile radius to meet patient needs. Flexibility is essential to accommodate shift changes and coverage.
