Job Summary
A Wound Care Registered Nurse (RN) position is available in a scenic location in Southern California. This role involves providing care to medically complex patients within a specialized acute care setting. The RN will serve as a resource for wound, ostomy, and continence management, collaborating with physicians and healthcare teams to deliver safe and effective patient care.

Job Details

• Schedule: Days shift, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in the state of practice; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor; relevant clinical nursing experience; and a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Wound care certification with a plan to achieve it within a specified timeframe.
• Additional Information: The RN will conduct patient rounds on wounds and pressure injuries, provide consultation on wound management, and collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement care plans. Prior experience in wound care is preferred; scrub color is flexible.
