Job Summary:
Home Healthcare RN (Home Healthcare) in Hawaii. This role involves providing exceptional patient care by collaborating with healthcare teams, coordinating complex patient needs, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards in a home health setting. The position offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in patients' lives on the Leeward side of the island.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 8 hours per day, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Hawaii license, valid driver's license, current auto insurance, COVID-19 and flu vaccines (declinations not accepted), at least 1 year of Medicare-certified home health agency experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree, case manager experience.
• Additional Information: Must have own transportation and book accommodations in central Oahu (Aiea or Pearl City). Mileage reimbursement is at less than the government rate. The start date is 07/27/2026, with on-call duties requiring 6 shifts per month, including rotating weekends. Candidates should plan to arrive a few days early to obtain their Hawaii license, which takes approximately 15-20 business days for processing.
