Job Summary:
A Medical Surgical (MS) Nurse is needed at a facility located in Sierra Vista, Arizona. The role involves providing care to geriatric, adult, and occasional pediatric patients in a busy acute care setting. The position requires flexibility and a patient-centered approach to support the units diverse patient population.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: RN license, ACLS, BLS (core staff have PALS), healthcare experience required; for travel greater than one year experience is required; location in Arizona.
• Preferred Qualifications: Telemetry experience is preferred
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The unit has 34 beds with patient ratios of 6:1. Equipment includes Alaris pumps, SCD machines, feeding tubes, and telemetry monitors. Candidates must be flexible and willing to assist as needed. Occasional weekend work is required; call only when down staffed or on call.
