Job Summary
The organization is seeking a Nurse Manager with expertise in Skilled Nursing in the FAIRVIEW, Pennsylvania area. This position involves overseeing the building operations during evening, night, and weekend shifts at a long-term care and skilled nursing facility with 300 beds across multiple units. The Nurse Manager will serve as a building supervisor, ensuring smooth operations and quality care delivery within the facility.

Job Details

• Location: FAIRVIEW, Pennsylvania
• Shift: 8-hour shifts, scheduled from 4:45 PM to 12:45 AM, every other weekend with the potential for additional shifts if desired.
• Required Qualifications: BLS Certification; minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting; valid license required; no specific educational degree required; experience with PCC documentation; familiarity with wound measurement and monitoring; prior PCC experience is necessary.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working with LTC, skilled, rehab, and dementia residents; knowledge of hospice patient care; ability to manage residents change of conditions and coordinate outside services; experience with emergency drug closets and medication administration.
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts, 40 hours per week, with scheduled weekends and holidays. Schedule is made two weeks in advance.
• Additional Information: Responsible for overseeing staff including RNs, LPNs, CNAs, and providing clinical oversight. Will serve as a resource, monitor residents, and coordinate care activities. Experience in wound measurement, PCC documentation, and managing multiple units preferred.
