Job Summary:
Telemetry Nurse in Arlington Heights, IL. This contract position involves providing inpatient nursing care in a healthcare setting with a focus on telemetry monitoring. The role is designed for a qualified nursing professional with clinical experience in telemetry or related units, offering an opportunity to work night shifts and contribute to patient care over a 13-week assignment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m., with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Illinois nursing license, Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), at least 2 years of nursing experience; Pulmonary care experience preferred but not required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Pulmonary experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
• Float: First to float.
• Weekend Requirements: As needed.
• Orientation: Wednesday, totaling 12 hours (6 billable and 6 nonbillable), scheduled from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. or 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., depending on training resources.
• Additional Information: Orientation includes approximately 5 hours of computer work and 6-7 hours on the floor.
