Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Nurse Manager with experience in Skilled Nursing for a facility located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The position involves overseeing clinical operations and ensuring quality care within a Skilled Nursing Facility. The positions are scheduled for day shifts, Monday through Friday, with additional on-call responsibilities as needed.
Job Details:
- Position: Nurse Manager, Skilled Nursing (NM SNF)
- Location: Albuquerque, New Mexico
- Schedule: Dayshift, Monday through Friday, on-call required; weekends as needed
- Shift Hours: 8 hours per shift
- Minimum Hours Per Week: 40 hours
- Start Date: 07/20/2026
- Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BSN or higher, 1 year of clinical management experience in a Skilled Nursing setting, proficient in facility operations, commit to working on-call duties, located within or willing to commute to Albuquerque, New Mexico.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience with electronic health records, leadership certification, additional management or administrative training.
- Additional Information: The role involves managing clinical staff, ensuring compliance with facility policies and procedures, and fostering a collaborative team environment. Candidates should be prepared for responsibilities related to staff supervision, quality assurance, and operational efficiency.
