Job Summary
Emergency Room Nurse Conroe, TX. This position involves providing critical emergency care in a busy emergency department with 30 physical beds and 8 hall beds. The role requires delivering compassionate patient care while adhering to facility protocols and standards.

Job Details

• Location: Conroe, TX
• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Active BLS (Basic Life Support), ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) certifications; Texas nursing license; 1 year of experience in emergency room nursing or relevant field
• Preferred Qualifications: TNCC; ENPC; experience with caring for a diverse patient population; team player personality
• Float: Float rotation may be required
• Additional Information: The unit is equipped with Baxter IV pumps, GE monitors, ventilators, BiPAP/CPAP machines, Belmont Rapid Infusers, portable EKG machines, and uses the Meditech electronic medical record system. The role includes working every other weekend with on-call responsibilities. Candidates must demonstrate compassion, empathy, and teamwork skills.
