Job Summary:
A Sterile Processing Technician (SPT) position is available in Aurora, Colorado. This role involves working in a pediatric-focused department within a healthcare setting, primarily responsible for sterilizing surgical instruments and endoscopes. The position offers evening shifts from 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM, with a schedule of 40 hours per week, requiring candidates to be flexible, detail-oriented, and collaborative.

Shift: 8-Hour Evenings (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM)
Hours: 40 Hours/Week
Start Date: 08/04/2026
Schedule: 8 hours per day, evenings, with a rotating weekend schedule
Required Qualifications: High School Diploma or Equivalent; at least 1 year of sterile processing experience; at least 1 year of specialty experience; previous travel experience including multiple successful assignments with extensions; pediatric experience; endoscope/scope reprocessing experience; Level I Trauma experience; surgery center experience (North/South areas function as surgery centers); certifications such as CRCST or CBSPD
Preferred Qualifications: CIS CER certification
Float: Float rotation may be required within a 35-mile radius of the original assignment location.
Additional Information: Candidates must demonstrate strong sterile processing skills and work well in a team-oriented environment. Standard orientation is approximately two weeks, dependent on individual competency. No RTO will be approved during the first two weeks of the assignment. Experience with scope/endoscope reprocessing and pediatric care is mandatory.
