Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Certified Operating Room Technician (ORT) in Petoskey, Michigan. This role involves supporting surgical procedures across various specialties, with a focus on maintaining high standards of patient care and safety in a fast-paced surgical environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: 2+ years of Certified Operating Room Technician (CSFA) experience; Michigan license verification required; NBSTSA and NCCT certifications are interchangeable; NBSTSA certification required; valid state license; skills checklist completed within one year of application.
- Certifications: BLS (AHA), NBSTSA, NCCT.
- Additional Information: Must adhere to strict attendance policy, with implemention starting on 6/1/2024. One weekend of call per month (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday night, 7p-7a), rotating holidays. Candidates must provide LARA and Nursys licenses; physical copies of certifications are only required if listed above.
