Job Summary:
Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) registered nursing position in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves providing specialized care to neonatal patients within a high-acuity environment. The position requires a dedicated HCP to uphold hospital standards and ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12 hours shift, a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, BLS, NRP, STABLE certifications. No minimum years of experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Previous NICU experience preferred.
• Float: Float to comparable areas of high need.
• Additional Information: The role involves working with advanced equipment such as Philips monitors and documentation systems including Meditech and Centricity Perinatal. Candidates must adhere to hospital-specific policies and dress code, which includes navy or ceil blue, any shade of grey, or white scrubs without long sleeves, watches, rings, or nail polish. The unit boasts a staff with extensive tenure and experience, with a focus on utilizing new equipment and technology to improve patient care.
