Job Summary:
The organization is seeking a Telemetry Medical Surgical Float nurse in Rock Island, Illinois. This role involves working as part of an interdisciplinary team to provide patient care, with responsibilities including floating within the same discipline across local campuses. The position offers opportunities for varied clinical experiences and requires the ability to adapt to different patient care settings.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Dayshift, with 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid Illinois license, BLS (AHA), ACLS (AHA), at least 2 years of previous clinical experience, work history/resume, skills checklist completed within 1 year of submission, license verification, copy of required certifications, references (including one supervisory reference) at the time of submission, drivers license, and proof of taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility (or within a 10% rate reduction for local candidates in Madison, Sioux City, Bettendorf, or Fort Dodge).
• Additional Information: Candidates should demonstrate experience with chest tubes, femstops, trachs, Central Lines, CBI, Drains; and administration or titration of medications such as Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, Insulin, Heparin, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Isuprel, Milrinone, Argatroban. Orientation scheduled starting on 07/27/2026 with sessions every other week. Submission requirements include minimum 2 years of experience, and candidates must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility unless they are in Madison.
• Note: On-call and holiday requirements are specified in the detailed notes; candidates should be prepared to work during scheduled orientation and holidays as needed.
