Job Summary:
Progressive Care Unit (PCU) registered nurse position is located in Ypsilanti, Michigan. The role involves providing patient care in a unit that may include oncology patients, requiring completion of specific oncology courses and certifications as outlined by the facility. The position offers an opportunity to work night shifts in a dynamic healthcare environment.

• Shift Time: Nights
• Shift Hours: 12 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36.0 hours
• Start Date: 07/27/2026
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN), Michigan state license, one year of nursing experience, oncology course completion or certification preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Oncology experience, ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course completion, OCN certification.
• Additional Information: On the unit, staff are required to complete the ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course to administer vesicant chemotherapy. After completing a unit-based oncology course and orientation, staff can administer non-vesicant chemotherapy. Patients actively receiving chemotherapy infusions are generally not assigned to travelers unless qualifications are met.
