Job Summary:
A healthcare provider is seeking a qualified Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Nurse for a night shift position in Ypsilanti, Michigan. This role involves providing specialized care to patients in a progressive care setting, with a focus on oncology experience preferred. The individual will be responsible for delivering high-quality nursing care, adhering to unit protocols, and completing required oncology courses for chemotherapy administration.

Job Details:

• Location: Ypsilanti, Michigan
• Schedule: Night shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license, at least 1 year of clinical experience, oncology experience preferred, completion of the ONS Chemotherapy and Biotherapy course or equivalent, or certification as an Oncology Certified Nurse (OCN).
• Additional Information: Candidates should have completed a unit-based oncology course and orientation. Nurses administering non-vesicant chemotherapy are expected to have completed the ONS course or hold OCN certification. No active chemotherapy infusion patients will be assigned unless qualification requirements are met.
