Job Summary:
Step Down Unit Nurse in Powell, Tennessee. This position involves providing specialized care in a dedicated step down unit within a healthcare facility. The role requires delivering quality patient care while adhering to clinical protocols, with a focus on ensuring patient safety and comfort during each shift.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid nursing license (state-specific), BLS (Basic Life Support) certification, ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification, Cerner Electronic Health Record (EHR) proficiency, at least 1 year of relevant clinical experience, and a home address in the United States.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in a step down unit, travel nursing experience, and familiarity with general patient ratios of 5 to 1.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
• Additional Information: Candidate must be greater than 50 miles from the facility location. Scrub color is Royal Blue, with white, royal blue, or black T-shirts permitted under scrubs. All travel candidates must include their home address in submissions; SSN should be included only on the tax tab of the candidates page and not in the submission packet.
