Job Summary:
Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Progressive Care Unit (PCU) located in MESA, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing care for patients in accordance with organizational policies and professional standards. The RN will be accountable for delivering high-quality nursing services, utilizing clinical judgment, and coordinating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Must possess a current, valid RN license in the state of practice or a valid compact license; BLS (Basic Life Support) certification; at least 1 year of experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months, or relevant outpatient or clinical experience.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Nursing; professional certification related to PCU or critical care nursing is preferred.
• Additional Information: The RN will provide direct patient care, perform assessments, develop care plans, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Documentation must be accurate, timely, and compliant with policy. The role may include supervising staff and providing education to patients, families, and healthcare personnel. The position requires physical agility, effective communication skills, and the ability to respond promptly to patient needs.
