Job Summary:
Medical Surgical Floor Nurse - Winchester, Indiana. This role involves providing direct nursing care in accordance with established policies, procedures, and protocols of the healthcare organization. The position requires implementing and monitoring patient care plans, monitoring and communicating patient conditions, and serving as a primary coordinator of multidisciplinary team efforts to ensure coordinated patient care.
