Description
Job Summary
Emergency Room Urgent Care specialty position based in New York. The role involves working in a Clinical Decision Unit within an urgent care setting, primarily during night shifts. This position requires a minimum of 1.5 years of Emergency Department (ED) or Cardiac Stepdown experience and offers a schedule that includes night shifts with weekend rotation. The selected candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality urgent care services in a fast-paced environment.
Job Details:
- Schedule: 11.5-hour shifts, from 7:30 PM to 8:00 AM, with weekend rotation; minimum of 34.5 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Certifications include BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support); minimum of 1.5 years of ED or Cardiac Stepdown experience; educational qualifications such as BSN (Bachelor of Science in Nursing) and National Certification are highly preferred. Epic ASAP module experience is preferred; certifications in NIH stroke scale are preferred; additional preferred qualifications include CEN (Certified Emergency Nurse), PCCN (Progressive Care Certified Nurse), or OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse).
