Job Summary:
Critical Care Registered Nurse (RN) specializing in Neuro and Cardiac Intensive Care Units (ICU) in Naperville, Illinois. This full-time position involves providing specialized care to critically ill patients in high-acuity settings, with a focus on stroke, advanced heart failure, and surgical recovery. The role requires a dedicated nurse capable of managing complex patient needs in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Location: Naperville, Illinois
• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Position Description: PLEASE READ FACILITY FIXED NOTES FOR MORE DETAILS - Subcontractor Note: Facility Name: Edward Hospital - Naperville.
• Start Date: Within 2 weeks of offer acceptance.
• Experience Requirements: RN with at least 3 years of critical care experience, including high acuity experience in Cardiac surgery or Neuro ICU, with knowledge of EVDSs, NI patients, stroke care, advanced heart failure, CRRT, balloon pumps, Swans, and surgical recovery.
• Certifications: Active Illinois RN license, ACLS, NIHSS, BLS required.
• Orientation: Any day during the week prior to start date.
• Credentials Due: Thursday before the start date.
• Additional Notes: Candidate should be well-versed in all aspects of stroke patient care and from a stroke-certified program is preferred. Must submit resume, skills, certifications, license, and one current high-acuity ICU reference.
