Job Summary:
Operating Room (OR) Specialist in Nashville, Tennessee. This role involves working in a Level 1 trauma hospital in a highly specialized surgical environment. The position requires prior travel experience in similar level I trauma settings, with a focus on adult trauma and neuro cases. The schedule is Days shift, with a commitment of approximately 36 hours per week starting on August 17, 2026.

Job Details:

• Location: Nashville, Tennessee
• Schedule: Days, shift hours totaling 12 hours per shift, minimum weekly hours of 36
• Required Qualifications: Certified in Nursing Operating Room Technologies, minimum of 2 years OR experience, valid certification on file at time of submission, prior travel experience in adult trauma/neuro settings, experience in general surgeries is preferred, flexibility to float between ORs (but not locations), and experience with adult patient populations only
• Additional Information: The candidate must have experience working in a Level 1 trauma hospital, managing trauma and neuro cases with exceptions for cardiac neuro, trauma, general, orthopedics, gynecology, urology, ENT, plastics, cardiothoracic, vascular, transplant (liver, renal, pancreas), robotic, hybrid rooms (cysto, bronch, and lead extraction), ambulatory ortho, burn, and hepatic-biliary surgeries. The work environment may require occasional floating between ORs within the hospital.
