Job Summary:
Emergency Room Registered Nurse in Appleton, Wisconsin. This position involves providing emergency nursing care in a busy ER unit on a rotating 12-hour shift schedule, which includes evenings and nights. The role requires flexibility to ensure coverage during various shift times and potential holiday rotations, supporting a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: 12-hour evenings and night shifts, with a minimum of 36 hours per week during a 13-week contract beginning on 08/03/2026. Shifts may range from 1100-2300, 1300-0100, and 1900-0700, with scheduled rest periods between back-to-back shifts.
• Required Qualifications: Wisconsin RN license, American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), and National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS). A minimum of 2 years of ER experience, at least 1 year in a similar setting, with triage experience strongly preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree.
• Additional Information: The ER unit features an 18-bed capacity with a patient ratio of 1:4. All RNs work with solid black scrubs across the facility. The job involves charting in Epic software within the past year.
• Certification Requirement: Valid Wisconsin RN license and certifications as specified.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of ER experience required.
