Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) registered nurse position in Tucson, Arizona. This role involves assessing, planning, and providing high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced emergency environment. The nurse will collaborate with the healthcare team to deliver patient-centered care, ensuring safety, effective treatment, and proper documentation throughout shifts.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Current, valid registered nurse (RN) license in the state of practice or compact licensure; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; experience in an acute care hospital setting within the past 12 months.
• Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree; professional certification relevant to emergency nursing.
• Additional Information: The RN will perform clinical assessments, develop and implement care plans, and document patient care in accordance with organizational policies and standards of professional nursing practice. The role involves direct patient care and requires effective communication with patients, families, and healthcare team members, along with participation in quality improvement activities.
