Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Maryland. This position involves providing urgent and critical care in a fast-paced emergency department setting. The role requires adaptability to rotating night and evening shifts, handling complex patient diagnoses across all age groups, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality care.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Active Maryland RN license, BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, CPI certifications (completed during onboarding), NRP and TNCC preferred, at least 2 years of emergency room experience, community hospital experience preferred.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience managing high-acuity patients, trauma level I or II experience, proficiency with Epic charting system.
• Additional Information: Must be comfortable floating within the emergency department and sister facilities as needed. Candidates should have experience with complex diagnoses, patient ratios of 1:4 to 1:5, and be available to work every other weekend and required holidays as scheduled. Certification compliance including a valid CPI certification (online Calm Every Storm version accepted) and active licenses are mandatory. Onboarding must be completed within 72 hours of contract signing, with documentation submitted 5 days prior to start date.
