Job Summary:
The healthcare professional position in the Medical Surgical (MS) specialty is located in Morrisville, Vermont. This role involves the delivery of age-specific, direct patient care within a facility setting. The Registered Nurse (RN) will provide nursing care to patients utilizing the Nursing Process and adhering to the standards of the Department of Nursing as well as specialty-specific standards of patient care. The position includes leadership responsibilities, such as delegation of work to other healthcare team members. Compliance with applicable State and Federal laws, regulations, and policies governing healthcare provision is required. Active certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC), and de-escalation training are mandatory prior to the contract start date, with courses booked if not already completed.

• Schedule: Rotating shifts, 12 hours per shift
• Minimum Hours Per Week: 36
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC), de-escalation training; valid nursing license; at least 1 year of nursing experience; location in the United States; no minimum experience requirements specifiedassumed 0 years for this position.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience on medical-surgical floors preferred.
• Float: Float rotation may be required.
