The ICU (Intensive Care Unit) registered nurse position is based in Lancaster, Ohio. Job Details:

• Position: Registered Nurse - ICU (Intensive Care Unit)
• Location: Lancaster, Ohio
• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Completion of an accredited nursing program resulting in a diploma in nursing, associate degree in nursing (ADN), or bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN); valid license to practice in Ohio; CPR certification; minimum 1 year of registered nursing experience
• Preferred Qualifications: Prior ICU experience preferred
• Additional Information: The registered nurse will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating the nursing care of critically ill patients according to established policies and procedures. Responsibilities include administering medications, performing treatments, documenting care accurately, and notifying physicians of any changes in patient status. The role requires physical capacity to handle heavy work, emotional regulation, and critical thinking skills. The position demands the ability to manage urgent situations with calm and confidence.
