Job Summary:
Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse position available in Hermiston, Oregon. This role involves providing direct and individualized nursing care to adult patients before and after surgical procedures. The position emphasizes patient assessment, medication administration, vital sign monitoring, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams to promote optimal patient outcomes. The shift schedule is from 07:00 to 19:30, with a minimum of 36 hours per week. The start date is planned for 07/27/2026.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: Valid RN license in the State of Oregon; BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications; evidence of continuing education appropriate for skill level and area of practice.
• Preferred Qualifications: BSN or MSN degree; Certified Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse (CMSRN); previous medical-surgical nursing experience; CRASE training (if assignment extends beyond 6 months).
• Additional Information: The Medical-Surgical Registered Nurse will perform a variety of duties, including patient assessment, medication administration, and collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. The role supports hospital mission, vision, values, policies, and procedures. Float rotation to other departments where qualified may be required. Participation in required educational programs related to DNV standards is expected.
