Job Summary:
Licensed Practical Nurse (LTC) Long Term Care Charlevoix, Michigan. This position involves providing direct patient care in a licensed long-term care environment under the supervision of the department manager, charge nurse, or staff nurse/team leader. The role requires adherence to established policies and procedures, with a focus on patient-centered care and contributing positively to the patient and family experience. The assignment begins on July 27, 2026.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Days shift, 12 hours per shift, with a minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Valid state licensure as a Licensed Practical Nurse, 2+ years of long-term care (LTC) experience, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association, and compliance with Michigan LTC fingerprinting requirements.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience working under direct supervision in a long-term care setting.
• Additional Information: The facility enforces a strict attendance policy effective June 1, 2024, with a three-strike rule for absences or tardiness exceeding 20 minutes, with exceptions for communicable diseases or hospitalization supported by documentation.
