Job Summary:
Emergency Room Nurse in Michigan This position involves providing leadership in delivering high-quality, compassionate patient care within the emergency setting. The role entails utilizing the nursing processassessment, planning, implementation, and evaluationto deliver, delegate, supervise, and document patient care and education for patients and their families. Effective communication of pertinent patient information to the healthcare team is essential, along with active participation in problem-solving and ensuring patient care goals are met.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Night shifts, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week, starting 07/28/2026.
• Required Qualifications: BSN degree from an accredited nursing school; current licensure by the Michigan State Board of Nursing; certifications including ACLS and BLS (American Heart Association).
• Preferred Qualifications: TNCC certification is encouraged but not required.
• Additional Information: The position involves clinical knowledge and analytical skills to develop effective nursing care plans within the emergency department. Candidates must demonstrate the ability to perform a wide range of professional nursing services and communicate effectively with patients, families, and hospital personnel.
